Refund Policy
At LogicDates.com (referred to as "the website," "we," "us," or "our"), we strive to provide a satisfactory matchmaking experience to all our clients. Please read the following refund policy carefully to understand our procedures regarding refunds:
Match Guarantee: Upon purchasing our services, clients will be provided with 5 curated matches to connect with. If these matches do not meet the client's expectations or are not a suitable fit, the client may request up to 10 additional curated matches within 3 months of the initial purchase date.
Timeframe: All match requests for additional matches must be made within 3 months of the initial date of purchase.
Refunds: Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis. Clients must provide all required information to matchmakers to develop the matchmaking process. Failure to provide necessary information that renders the matchmaking process unable to continue will not result in a refund.
Client Responsibilities: Clients are required to make a reasonable effort to engage in the matchmaking process. This includes scheduling a 30-minute video call with matchmakers to initiate the process and contacting/responding to matches promptly.
Connecting with Matches: Clients must make a reasonable effort to connect with their matches either in person or via video call before concluding that the match is not suitable. Failure to make reasonable efforts may affect eligibility for a refund.
Refund Process: To request a refund, clients must contact our customer support team at [ashton@logicdates.com] and provide details of their situation. Our team will review the request and respond accordingly within a reasonable timeframe.
Exceptions: Refunds may not be granted in cases where the client has violated our terms of service or engaged in inappropriate behavior.
Changes to Policy: We reserve the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time without prior notice. Any changes will be effective immediately upon posting on our website.
