Once your profile is fine-tuned and approved by you, we’ll launch targeted ads, and potential partners start applying. Our data-driven approach ensures matches align with your interests and values.

Our matchmakers rigorously vet applications, screening candidates from a pool of hundreds. Through video verification, we ensure they are who they claim to be (yes we check their ID too), they look like their photos, and, most importantly, they're not, well, total weirdos (unless that’s what you’re into)!

Once you fill out your questionnaire and submit your photos, we'll craft your profile within 2-3 business days. After meeting with your matchmaker and approving your profile, your ad will go live within 48 hours. Expect to start seeing matches within 2-4 weeks from then.

We highly encourage our clients to engage in at least one video date (but in person is best) to get to know some of their matches. In the event that none of your initial 5 curated matches result in quality dates, we'll gladly provide you with 10 more curated matches within the 3-month period following your purchase.
You have 3 months from your purchase date to request up to 15 curated matches in total.

Potential matches are carefully curated through a thorough application process designed to align with your specific desires and preferences. After reviewing all applications and narrowing them down from a substantial pool (typically over 100 applicants), we proceed to schedule video chats with our top candidates after they upload a government issued ID. During these video sessions, our verification process includes ensuring that:
1.They accurately represent the photos they submitted.
2. We engage in meaningful conversations to understand who they are in real life, going beyond the information presented on paper.
3. We ask the hard questions that are important to you but are to awkward to ask on a first date.
This meticulous approach helps to eliminate catfishers and deliver a more meaningful and genuine matchmaking experience.

Our primary objective is to ensure that all our clients embark on meaningful dates. To facilitate this, we coach our clients and their matches on taking the next steps to plan and connect in person. In the rare event that you do not secure any dates, we are committed to providing you with 10 additional matches, ensuring that your journey towards meaningful connections remains our top priority. You have 3 months from the date of purchase to request these additional matches.
